Michael Morrow and The Culprits with special guests...

World Famous Johnsons and Lords of Distortion

GUITAR RAFFLE FOR CHARITY. Proceeds go to Drumming Up Hope!

Michael Morrow with his big, red Gretsch guitar in hand, delivers an old school tone that embodies his rich vocal timbre. His most well known song 'Dirty Little Love Song' has a nice southern rock sensibility . His Sophomore album 'Bad Penny' delivered a hard rocking tune ' Rock and Roll Ain't Never Paid My Bills' that will find you singing along . But it may just be the Thorogood-esque vibe of the title track 'Bad Penny' that gets the crowd a jumpin.
The band is loaded with venerable rockers Randy Mosman on Bass & Vocals, Tim Elliott on Drums & Vocals. The three part harmonies give the songs a nice depth. Craig Jahns , on Lead Guitar, brings his bluesy classic rock guitar stylings that mesh beautifully with Michael's hard rocking Gretsch sound. In a classic stone-ish set up, some songs feature one guitar open tuned with the other in standard. A nice throwback to rock n roll!

World Famous Johnsons
World Famous Johnsons (WFJ) are an original rock band founded in 2010 by guitar player Julian Anderson (1963 - 2012) from Dogs of Pleasure. The current WFJ lineup sometimes features Matthew Johnson on guitar/vocals formerly of Great White, along with Scott Parker on bass/vocals, Shane Delray on guitar/vocals,Jeff Anderson on guitar, Jimmy D on drums, and Mark Hillje on vocals. WFJ have also featured Jimmy Strickler, Kenny Swagger, Mike Crisler, Ace Johnson and Donnie Crisp on recorded material. After the release of the full length CD "Hitchhiking is Overrated" on December 1st 2012 and numerous shows, the World Famous Johnsons are now writing and recording more musical works including (Long Way Gone) a song by Julian Anderson. The first recorded song "All Ready Dead" is available for a limited time free download and new releases are set for the near future! The World Famous Johnsons as a collective have shared the stage with multiple national touring bands and artists including Jack Russell's Great White, George Lynch, Jake E Lee, Zakk Wylde, XYZ, Lola Black, Saigon Kick, Love/Hate, I Mother Earth, Nuclear Assault, Omen, Mind Bomb, Tracii Guns, Phil Lewis, L.A. GUNS, Stephen Pearcy of RATT, Lizzy Borden, Reno Divorce, Warner Drive, Quiet Riot and many more... RULA BULA!! WFJ

Lords of Distortion was formed in 2015 by Nate Winger and Mike Learn. The two would get together during rehearsals for their cover band, The Grind. Not finding an outlet for the original material in the group, Nate and Mike left the cover band to pursue the writing. Jeff Sekera joined the line up with in a few months. The band remained a 3 piece until they were able to talk Jeff Quinn into joining up to help round out the line up. The band focuses on writing material and recording, but really shines during their powerful live performances
